2. List of directors and organisational structure.
3. Details of affiliation with entities like brokers / sub-brokers etc. including beneficial interests held by / in such brokers / sub-brokers etc.
4. Number of years of operations – a brief record of project implementation along with reference.
5. ISO / CMM certification for IT activity, if any.
6. Net worth of the company latest certified by C.A.(minimum of Rs. 50.00 lacs).
7. Financial position for the last three years.
8. Infrastructure.
9. If already a CTCL provider, details of empanelment, number of years of support and installations.
10. Comprehensive write-up and network diagram.
11. Manual, write up etc on the product.
12. Proposed Price (indicative per user & site license fee) of providing the Solution to NCDEX Trading Members.
13. Board resolution.
14. Annexure B (on letterhead with authorised signatory and company seal)
15. Annexure C (Undertaking) (On a non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs.500/- if executed in State of Maharashtra./ outside the State of Maharashtra in accordance to the duty as payable in the place of execution or on a non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs.500/- whichever is higher(be notarized before a Notary Public.) to be signed in full by all the partners or directors)
